r Asleshah Edala, Founder and MITRAVAAK, pioneered the life skills training and development Company. She is a Psychologist and
prominent speaker, who mainly focuses on Women and Child development. Also works with institutions, corporations, and business organizations to achieve their goals and objectives.
Her firm, Mitravaak, specializes in counselling, and training programs on behavioural skills and also helps students choose the most appropriate career path through psychological assistance. She has conducted over 100 training programs for schools, colleges, and corporate clients on personality development, women, and child development.
She is a Professional Certified Trainer, Certified NLP Practitioner, and ACCESS BAR PRACTITIONER who customizes her modules based on client requirements. Parenting, Personal Branding, Self Improvement,
Relationship Management, Teacher Training Workshops, Mind Management, etc. are some of her core areas of Training.
She did her M.Phil., research on Digital India, and her doctorate studies on women empowerment at Acharya Nagarjuna University. With her Passion towards studying Human Behaviours and particular interest in studying children’s behaviour, she has pursued her second Master’s in Psychology from Adikavi Nannaya University. The Godavari Photography Association
awarded her the title VIDYA RATNA for her passionate services in the field of Education. She has recently published six research papers in International Journals. Recently, The Telangana state government awarded her with Rashtriya Gaurav Award- Psychologist of the Year 2023.
She is also an honorary member of Rotary International, Junior Chamber International, and iFocus.
